I struggled with body issues throughout my life and at times felt there was no way to turn things around. I was your classic rollercoaster success to not-so-successful story. Exercise rigorously for a week or two, fall out. Attempt an extreme diet for a week, fall out. After too many years of these yo-yo methods and never committing to a healthy regime I knew I had to challenge myself in a different way.
Following my first consultation with Shannon it was clear that she was the right choice in helping me work towards my long-standing goals.
Within our initial 12-week training program I lost a total of 27”. This success is largely in thanks to Shannon’s training techniques, self-exercise programs, and structured (but manageable) meal plan.
In this life-changing process I have not only gained physical strength, but mental and emotional strength as well. I now start and finish my days with an increased feeling of self-respect and confidence. She is tough, knowledgeable and fun to be around! 5 months later we are still going strong!
