Banana Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/3 scoop protein powder (Vanilla)
- 1/2 cup Oatmeal ( partially cooked)
- 3/4 tbsp cinnamon
- 6 egg whites OR 2 EGGS
- 1/2 Banana (Optional)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Directions
- Put the egg whites, cinnamon protein powder, banana, almond milk, and partially (or fully) cooked oatmeal in the blender and mix, and finally slowly add almond milk and blend in the blender!

Next, cook like regular pancakes on medium-heat frying pan. Flip the pancake when it's ready to go. This recipe will make 2 large pancakes. Add whatever you like to top it off! Add fruit, non-fat greek yogurt, peanut butter or whatever you like. I eat my pancakes plain and they are great without the topping.
