I started training with Shannon Delves back in February of 2012. Before that I was overweight and extremely depressed. As a result, I was binge drinking which resulted in binge eating. It was a vicious cycle and I knew I needed help. I had tried doing it on my own for quite some time, going to the gym, not having a clue what I was doing and getting no results.
I went to high school with Shannon Delves so when she moved back to Victoria, I knew what I had to do. I was extremely nervous and very intimated but dove in head first. With Shannon's meal plan and exercise program I lost over 25 pounds in 4 months (which was my goal). I continued to train and kept off the weight but over time I started feeling like I was falling back into old habits.
When Shannon told me about the transformation 180 bootcamp, I knew It was just what I needed to get me back on track and back into a good routine. In the beginning I felt extremely out of shape and wondered what I signed myself up for. The classes where like nothing I'd ever done and at times I was scared. Over time, however, the classes got easier and felt shorter and I couldn't wait for the next one.
As trainers, Shannon and Cassius are so great at what they do and are sensitive to everyone's individual needs. I know for myself, I have never felt better and I'm in the best shape of my life. I haven't been this weight since high school and I'm enjoying shopping and wearing whatever I want.
I highly recommend this bootcamp to anyone who is unhappy with there weight or is wanting to make a positive lifestyle change.
Thank you Shannon! I am looking forward to doing the transformation 180 bootcamp again in the fall:) and thank your team, it was a blast training with all of you and getting to know you all. I look forward to seeing you all in the future...
